Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • Red & green bell peppers, julienned
  • Carrots & onions, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Cornstarch
  • Cooked jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Sear chicken until golden, remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in sauces and black pepper, add chicken back, and toss to coat.
  4. Serve hot over a fluffy bed of white rice.

Notes
