Ingredients
- Chicken breast or thighs, diced
- Red & green bell peppers, julienned
- Carrots & onions, sliced
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Cornstarch
- Cooked jasmine rice
Instructions
- Sear chicken until golden, remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender.
- Stir in sauces and black pepper, add chicken back, and toss to coat.
- Serve hot over a fluffy bed of white rice.
