- 1 teaspoon ketchup

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss well to coat.
- Spread the marinated cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side or appetizer.
Notes
Make sure to coat the cauliflower florets well with the marinade for even flavor. For extra spice, add more black pepper to the marinade.
