  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons oil

  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the marinated cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden, flipping halfway through.
