- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the hashbrowns and pour the sausage gravy over them.
- Top with cut-up biscuits and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
