A no-bake dessert combining white chocolate, Biscoff spread, marshmallows, and cookies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 180 g (1 cup) white chocolate
- 28 g (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (70 g) Biscoff spread
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup medium-sized marshmallows (packed)
- 10 Lotus Biscoff cookies, broken into pieces
- 40 g soft nougat, chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8×4 inch loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, butter, and Biscoff spread. Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring well until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the marshmallows, most of the Biscoff cookies, nougat pieces, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Biscoff cookie pieces on top.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted white or dark chocolate for decoration.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Feel free to modify with different chocolates or add-ins like nuts.
