Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion mixture, along with the crumbled feta cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure to squeeze out excess water from the cooked spinach to prevent the quiche from becoming soggy. You can customize with different vegetables and cheeses.
