Ingredients

- Pasta of choice
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2–3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For the best taste, use fresh ingredients. You can add other vegetables for extra crunch.
