A delightful cheesecake with a creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Make the cream cheese filling by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries.
- Add the remaining cream mixture followed by the remaining strawberries.
- Top with crushed graham crackers and garnish with whole strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
- Slice and serve the cheesecake chilled.
Notes
For a sweeter crust, add sugar to the crushed graham crackers. Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
