Description

A delightful cheesecake with a creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Make the cream cheese filling by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries.
  5. Add the remaining cream mixture followed by the remaining strawberries.
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers and garnish with whole strawberries.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
  8. Slice and serve the cheesecake chilled.

Notes

For a sweeter crust, add sugar to the crushed graham crackers. Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
