Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Slowly fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle some strawberry jam over the strawberries for added sweetness.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream mixture and sliced strawberries.
- Finish with a topping of crushed graham crackers and whole strawberries for an attractive look.
- Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
