Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  2. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Slowly fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle some strawberry jam over the strawberries for added sweetness.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream mixture and sliced strawberries.
  6. Finish with a topping of crushed graham crackers and whole strawberries for an attractive look.
  7. Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
