A delightful no-bake dessert that combines classic tiramisu with fresh berries, featuring layers of creamy mascarpone and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso (cooled)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee, making sure not to soak them.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture, then half of the mixed berries.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
