Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines classic tiramisu with fresh berries, featuring layers of creamy mascarpone and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups ladyfingers
  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso (cooled)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee, making sure not to soak them.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture, then half of the mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
