Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or diced steak)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water – optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a hot skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Toss in the garlic and red onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Optional: Add cornstarch slurry and stir for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Notes
Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles. Top with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for added flavor.
