- 300g beef strips
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef strips and sliced mushrooms over medium heat until browned. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion in butter until soft. Sprinkle in the flour and mix well.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Return the beef and mushrooms to the skillet. Let simmer together until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness.
