Description

A classic dish that combines tender beef with rich mushrooms and a creamy sauce, perfect for cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 300g beef strips
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef strips and sliced mushrooms over medium heat until browned. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion in butter until soft. Sprinkle in the flour and mix well.
  3. Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Return the beef and mushrooms to the skillet. Let simmer together until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

Notes

Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness.
