Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein or egg noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Toss the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.
- Boil the noodles until they are al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned, then remove it from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the garlic, onion, broccoli, and carrot until they are just tender.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan, add the noodles along with the remaining sauces. Toss everything together over medium heat until evenly coated.
- Plate the dish hot and enjoy the homemade takeout vibes!
