- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin and paprika. Stir until the beef is browned.
- While the beef cooks, warm the black beans and corn in a separate pot.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, seasoned beef, warmed black beans, corn, and any toppings you like.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. For spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Make it vegetarian by replacing ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or tofu.
