Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional pizza, featuring smoky barbecue sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade dough)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
  2. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken and red onion slices over the cheese.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for a fresh touch.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes
