  • 1/2 cup smoky barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper to your desired shape.
  2. Spread the smoky barbecue sauce evenly over the crust. On top, layer the mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or stone. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling, and the crust turns golden brown.
  4. Once out of the oven, drizzle more barbecue sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
  5. Slice the pizza while hot and enjoy the smoky, cheesy goodness!

Notes
