  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly.
  2. Blend the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix mashed bananas with lemon juice in a separate bowl and set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour; fold in banana mixture and chopped strawberries.
  6. Pour filling into the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until nearly set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.
