A delightful twist on the classic banana split dessert in a refreshing drink form, perfect for hot days and movie nights.
Ingredients

- 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 scoops strawberry ice cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Peanut butter drizzle (optional)
- Granola or chopped nuts
- Fresh banana slices
- Fresh strawberries & raspberries
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add half of the frozen bananas, strawberry ice cream, strawberries, and 1/2 cup of milk. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into the bottom of two tall glasses.
- Rinse the blender, then blend the remaining frozen bananas, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of milk until creamy. Gently pour this second layer over the strawberry layer.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream generously on top of the milkshake. Drizzle chocolate sauce and peanut butter over the whipped cream. Sprinkle granola or chopped nuts, then add fresh banana slices and strawberries. For a fancy touch, garnish with chocolate shavings and more chocolate drizzle.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 hours in a sealed container.
