Description

Delicious Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares combine creamy cheesecake with nostalgic banana pudding flavors, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, brought to room temperature
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press this mixture into the bottom of the dish. Refrigerate.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth, then mix in the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in the mashed bananas.
  4. Pour the creamy filling over the crust and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Allow the dessert to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once chilled, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Best served chilled. Top with whipped cream or extra sliced bananas for a nice touch.
