A delightful dessert that combines the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the classic flavor of banana pudding, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups banana pudding
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer half of the banana pudding on top of the crust, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Add half of the sliced bananas. Repeat the layers.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional banana slices if desired.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for better flavor. Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for the best texture.
