- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- Sweetened condensed milk (for drizzling)
- Crushed vanilla wafers or cookie crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the cake batter according to the package instructions.
- Fold in the mashed bananas until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake as directed on the cake mix box.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Spread the pudding evenly over the cooled cake.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk generously over the top.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers or cookie crumbs for texture and flavor.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2-3 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled for the best flavor!
Notes
For best flavor, use very ripe bananas and allow the cake to chill overnight.
