- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar gradually.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with sliced bananas, caramel sauce, and chopped peanuts and almonds.
Notes
For a smoother filling, use room temperature cream cheese. Press crust firmly for better structure.
