A rich dessert combining creamy peanut butter, sweet bananas, and decadent caramel, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar gradually.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with sliced bananas, caramel sauce, and chopped peanuts and almonds.

Notes

For a smoother filling, use room temperature cream cheese. Press crust firmly for better structure.
