Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the crust.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold in cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream mixture over the banana layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.
