Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
  2. Layer sliced bananas over the crust.
  3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream mixture over the banana layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Garnish with extra banana slices and a drizzle of caramel before serving.
