- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate for a few hours.
- Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
