Ingredients

- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
- 1/2 lb sliced ham
- 1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice rolls in half horizontally (keeping them attached). Layer bottom halves with ham and cheese. Add tops.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melty.
- Slice and serve warm!
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces like mustard or sweet chili sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
