Instructions
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden brown.
