Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 oz (1/2 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the crescent rolls from the wide end to the tip. Place stuffed rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep, and experiment with different cheeses or add veggies for added flavor.
