A decadent dessert that layers rich chocolate cheesecake filling with whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a trifle dish or individual serving glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and Baileys Irish Cream, and beat until well combined.
- In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and Baileys until stiff peaks form.
- Layer half of the Oreo crust in the trifle dish, then half of the cheesecake filling, followed by half of the whipped cream. Repeat layers, finishing with whipped cream on top. Add chocolate shavings if desired.
- Chill the trifle for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Use a mixer for whipped cream to achieve stiff peaks. Adjust Baileys Irish Cream to taste.
