Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  3. Begin layering the trifle by adding a layer of cookie crumbs at the bottom of the trifle dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs, followed by a layer of chocolate pudding.
  5. Add another layer of cookie crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding.
  6. Top with the remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
