- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth. Add 1/4 cup Baileys and beat until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken and doubles in volume. Add 2 tbsp Baileys, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Crush Oreo cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin until they form small crumbs.
- Place the cheesecake mixture and chocolate whipped cream in separate piping bags. In four lowball glasses, layer cookie crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and whipped cream. Repeat with another layer of each.
- Using an open star tip, pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top of each trifle. Sprinkle extra cookie crumbles over the top for garnish.
Notes
Serve chilled and add more crushed Oreo cookies or chocolate shavings on top for extra texture. Best eaten within 2-3 days for optimal flavor.
