- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth. Add 1/4 cup Baileys and beat until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it thickens and doubles in volume. Add 2 tbsp Baileys, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Place Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin until they form small crumbs.
- Layer cookie crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and whipped cream in four lowball glasses, repeating the layers.
- Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top of each trifle and sprinkle extra cookie crumbs for garnish.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Chill mixing bowls and beaters to help whip cream faster. Adjust Baileys to taste for desired flavor strength.
