A flavorful burger combining crispy bacon and creamy whipped feta, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- 1/2 cup whipped feta
- 6 slices crispy bacon
- 1 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Optional: crispy garlic bits for topping
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp. Brush with garlic butter while hot. Set aside.
- Divide beef into 8 balls, heat a skillet over high heat, and smash each ball flat. Season and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy-edged.
- Lightly butter and toast brioche buns in the same skillet.
- Spread mayo on the bottom bun, add a patty, whipped feta, bacon, a second patty, more feta, and then the top bun.
- Add extra garlic butter or crispy bits if desired. Serve hot!
Notes
Use freshly ground beef for the best flavor and texture. Adjust the amount of whipped feta based on your preference.
