Description

A delicious and comforting dish that blends pasta and cheeseburgers into one hearty meal, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the penne until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Mix the pasta, beef, sour cream, half of the cheddar, and half of the bacon in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy hot.

Notes

You can add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra nutrition. Use different types of cheese for variety.
