A comforting and cheesy pasta bake that combines the flavors of a juicy bacon cheeseburger, making it a family favorite.
Ingredients

- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the penne pasta until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with garlic and onion powder. Drain the excess grease.
- Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Simmer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and half of the chopped bacon. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with more cheese and the remaining bacon. Broil or bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes until it is bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, mix different cheeses or add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. Great served with a side salad.
