Description
A delicious twist on classic comfort food, these roll-ups combine flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy Alfredo sauce wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 6 strips crispy cooked bacon, halved
- 1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and set aside.
- Unroll the crescent dough. On each triangle, add a spoonful of the beef mixture, a piece of bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter if desired. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Drizzle with extra Alfredo sauce and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm!
Notes
Use precooked bacon to save time. Experiment with different cheeses for extra flavor.
