Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. If desired, add red chili flakes for a bit of heat.
