- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- If desired, add red chili flakes for a bit of heat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
