  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread slices until golden and crispy.
  2. Scoop and mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, then spread it on the toast.
  3. Cook the eggs sunny-side up in butter or oil.
  4. Top each toast with an egg and add black pepper and herbs if desired.
