Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts by boiling or grilling until fully cooked. Let them cool and then slice into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, shredded carrots, and red onion.
- Add the sliced chicken to the bowl.
- Toss the salad with a dressing of your choice, such as a soy sauce-based dressing or an Asian sesame dressing.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
