- 12 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Blend graham crackers and cinnamon in a food processor, then stir in melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of serving glasses.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pipe or spoon over the crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Make the Apple Topping: In a skillet, melt butter, add apples, and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in flour, cinnamon, allspice, and sugar, then cool.
- Assemble and Serve: Spoon apple mixture over the cream cheese layer. Optionally drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
