- 12 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Pulse graham crackers and cinnamon in a blender until coarse. Stir in melted butter and press into serving glasses.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pipe over the crust and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Make the Apple Topping: Melt butter in a skillet, add diced apples, and cook until tender. Stir in flour, cinnamon, allspice, and sugar, then remove from heat.
- Assemble and Serve: Spoon apple mixture over the cream cheese layer. Optionally drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Best served immediately, but can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Cover with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
