Description

Apple Pie Biscuits are a delightful treat that combines the flaky goodness of biscuits with the warm, sweet flavors of apple pie. Perfect for a quick dessert or a fun snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple pie filling into small bits. Mix it with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Flatten the biscuits slightly. Add a spoonful of the apple filling to half of the biscuits. Top each with another biscuit and seal the edges with a fork.
  3. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the egg wash. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk until it forms a smooth glaze. Drizzle over the warm biscuits.
  5. Enjoy the biscuits warm, paired with a cup of tea or coffee!

Notes

Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra treat.
