- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (21 ounce) can Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Pie Filling
- 3/4 cup prepared caramel sauce
- Coarse sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray an 8 or 9-inch square pan with nonstick baking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and sea salt until creamy. Add the eggs, beating on medium speed until the mixture is smooth. Gently fold in the Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling and pour this filling over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the filling is set and the edges are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour and then refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Cut into 12 squares, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with coarse sea salt before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days or frozen for up to three months. Customize toppings with nuts, chocolate chips, or whipped cream.
