Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (white or a mix of white and black)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish.
  3. Drizzle honey over the feta.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the feta and honey.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is warmed through and slightly golden.
  7. Serve warm with crusty bread or as a part of a mezze platter.

Notes

Use high-quality feta cheese for the best flavor. Consider adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of spice.
