Description
A fun and tasty dish that combines the bold flavors of buffalo chicken with the satisfying crunch of egg rolls. Perfect for game day or as an appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil spray
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, cream cheese, and green onions. Mix until evenly combined.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near one corner. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray egg rolls with olive oil spray.
- Air fry in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
Make sure to seal the egg rolls tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during cooking. You can adjust the spiciness by using more or less buffalo sauce.
