- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt + a splash of milk)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken tenders in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve the chicken tenders on a bed of mixed greens and drizzle with honey mustard dressing before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer, up to a few hours. You can customize the dressing and add toppings like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocado.
