Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make frozen dessert combining peaches and raspberries, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 34 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée the frozen peach slices with 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and freeze.
  2. In the same blender, purée the frozen raspberries with the remaining sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Alternate scoops of both the peach and raspberry sherbets in a loaf pan, swirling gently. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend the mixtures a little longer. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
