Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make frozen dessert combining peaches and raspberries, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cups frozen raspberries
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the frozen peach slices with 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and freeze.
- In the same blender, purée the frozen raspberries with the remaining sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Alternate scoops of both the peach and raspberry sherbets in a loaf pan, swirling gently. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend the mixtures a little longer. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk.
