Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth (about 1-1.5 minutes).
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped nuts for an extra crunch, if desired.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
