Description

A simple and delicious banana bread recipe made with only three main ingredients, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the eggs and mix well. If adding nuts, do so now.
  3. Gradually add the yellow cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Grease 2 small loaf pans.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas. This recipe can easily be customized with additional spices or mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruits.
