A simple and delicious banana bread recipe made with only three main ingredients, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the eggs and mix well. If adding nuts, do so now.
- Gradually add the yellow cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease 2 small loaf pans.
- Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas. This recipe can easily be customized with additional spices or mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruits.
