Description
Delicious and easy-to-make cookie balls combining Oreo cookies and creamy peanut butter, perfect for parties or a sweet snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Mixture: Place the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs. Set aside 2–3 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the Balls: Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the Balls: Refrigerate or freeze the balls for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Optional: Coat or Garnish: Dip the balls in melted chocolate and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs or drizzle with melted peanut butter.
- Serve: Allow the chocolate coating to set before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized balls. For a crunchier texture, fold in a handful of crushed Oreo pieces at the end.
